May is National High Blood Pressure (HBP) Education Month. HBP can be present without signs or symptoms. Only 2 out of 3 people with HBP know that they have it.

Steps to take
Get your blood pressure tested at every office visit or at least every 2 years. National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute at nhlbi.nih.gov.
