Flu season is starting back up in the U.S., and according to Anne Schuchat of the Centers for Disease control and Prevention 98% of the viruses circulating are linked to the H1N1 virus. However, as a result of the swine flu outbreak this last year preventive tactics are been established to help insure the health of Americans.

According to Health and Human Services protection against the virus could very well be possible after a single vaccination. From the studies performed on adults, HHS has discovered that those who received a single vaccination were able to establish a significant immune response in roughly 9 days.
