The Business Analyst at My Insurance Expert will make a difference for our team members every day. The Business Analyst will provide accurate and timely reporting including effectively analyzing and identifying needs as it pertains to the organization’s systems, processes, efficiencies, etc. This position will be responsible for conducting all analysis as required to conduct business and the implementation of systems as it relates to bettering the organization as a whole.

YOUR MISSION

Everyday you will:

• Work directly with the CEO and Director of IT.
• Design, implement and maintain reporting for the organization, including data manipulation.
• Manage all analysis, process development, communications, etc. as it pertains to continuous improvement.
• Manage process improvement including flow charting, graphing, process manuals, etc.

• Have superior computer skills including being a Power User of Excel.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills.
• Have earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, MBA Preferred.
• 2-3 years of prior Business Analyst Experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of heavy systems knowledge is required.
• Take ownership of your role and responsibilities and be interested in personal and professional growth.
